I’ve always been drawn to art, even before I fully understood what it meant to be an artist. Growing up, my mother always encouraged me to create. This took many forms, from coloring and sculpting to, at her dismay, drawing on myself and attempting to cut my own hair. Art has always been important to me, and I have known for years that I want a career in which I have the freedom to create whatever my heart desires. In an elementary school “About Me” book, I even wrote that I wanted to be a manicurist one day, not realizing how much that idea would stick with me. 

After exploring various avenues, I have found myself smitten with the art of painting nails. I see each set as ten tiny, meticulous canvases where I can focus on detail and creativity to make something unique and wearable. It allows me to combine my love for art through endless styles, creating designs that feel both expressive and personal. 

Looking ahead, I hope to turn this passion into a business where I can create custom painted nails and ship them to clients. I want to build a brand that highlights creativity, individuality, and the idea that art can be part of everyday life.
